Chestnut Carbon – $160M Series B

CLEANTECH

Chestnut Carbon, a provider of carbon removal and project development services through the creation of forestry, has raised $160M in Series B funding from investors that include CPP Investments, DBL Partners, Kimmeridge, and Cloverlay. Founded by Ben Dell in 2021, Chestnut Carbon has now raised a total of $360M in reported equity funding.

BlinkRx – $140M Series D

HEALTH

BlinkRx, a prescription access platform, has raised $140M in Series D funding led by 1789 Capital. BlinkRx was founded by Geoffrey Chaiken and Matthew Chaiken in 2014.

Circuit – $17M Series B

MOBILITY

Circuit, a provider of turnkey short-trip, electric shuttle urban mobilty solutions, has raised $17M in Series B funding led by MKB. Founded by Alexander Esposito and James Mirras in 2011, Circuit has now raised a total of $30.3M in reported equity funding.

Jolly – $16.5M

HR TECH

Jolly, a rewards platform for the workplace that incentivizes employee performance, has raised $16.5M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the round comes from fifty-eight investors. Jolly was founded by Dean Zimberg in 2022.

ScorePlay – $13M Series A

SPORTS TECH

ScorePlay, an AI-powered media asset manager for sports organizations, has raised $13M in Series A funding from investors that include The Twenty Minute VC, Trybe Ventures, Pat Cummins, Édouard Mendy, Build Your Legacy Ventures, Nico Rosberg, LORI6 Ventures, and Aissa Mandi. Founded by Victorien Tixier and Xavier Green in 2021, ScorePlay has now raised a total of $19.6M in reported equity funding.

Somatic – $13.7M

ROBOTICS

Somatic, a maker of bathroom cleaning robots for commercial spaces, has raised $13.7M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $15M and this close comes from nine investors. Founded by Eugene Zasoba and Michael Levy in 2018, Somatic has now raised a total of $21M in reported equity funding.

Elektra Health – $4.6M

Elektra Health, a virtual menopause care platform, has raised $4.6M in funding according to a recent SEC filing. The filing indicates that the total offering is for $5.75M and this close comes from five investors. Founded by Alessandra Henderson and Jannine Versi in 2019, Elektra Health has now raised a total of $11.7M in reported equity funding.

The filing indicates that the total offering is for $7M, the transaction is structured as a SAFE, and this close comes from fifteen investors. PayStandards was founded by Joseph Davolio and Todd Gershkowitz in 2022.

Simulacra Synthetic Data – $750K
